Good morning Barracuda Parents!

Shirts and Caps: We will have these at practice today (Friday, May 29.) If you ordered during registration, we will have everything you ordered. We also will have extra shirts and caps for sale if you didn't place an order. Shirts are $20 and caps are $5. Please plan to pay using Venmo or exact cash. *If you cannot pick up shirts at any of the practices today, we will have them tomorrow at the meet. 

Swimtopia App: By downloading and logging onto the app with your Login and Password you use for our website, you will be able to see the events your swimmers will be swimming at the meet. 

Heat Sheets: Coach Campbell is waiting for the Summerfield team to merge the meet. As soon as they do, she will send out PDFs of the heat sheet and events by swimmer. 

Morning Practices: These begin next week on Monday, June 1st. Please go to the website (under Practice Schedule) to see what time your swimmer will practice. 

Upcoming Events: This section on the website has been updated to include everything that we have planned for the season. Please note that Picture Day and Movie Night will both be June 8th. This means there is NO regular practice day on June 8 since we have pictures during this time. Info regarding ordering pictures and Movie Night will both be sent out next week. (Times and info for each can be found under Upcoming Events). 

Concessions: This is the fundraising for our team. We will sell concessions at both our home meets along with an abbreviated version at Movie Night. Your registration fee covers coaches' pay and ribbon costs. We must raise money to pay for "extras" such as new lane lines, resurfacing starting blocks, our timing system, stopwatches, etc. Please consider donating concession items to our team! Use this link to see the items needed. Please send these in by next Friday, June 5th.  A HUGE thank you to Jimmy and Kelly Cole who run our concession stand! And to Chad Porter for having all the hamburger meat, sausage, and hot dogs donated! Thanks so much to everyone donating!
